Common questions about the bridge

Token migration moves your Tratok (TRAT) tokens between Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain. Tokens are locked on the source chain and equivalent tokens are released on the destination chain, keeping the total supply identical across both networks.

Fees cover gas costs for processing on both Ethereum and BSC, plus the smart-contract execution required to bridge securely.

Your transaction confirms on the first network within minutes. The release on the other network is carried out by the Tratok team, so it can take longer. Use Track a migration to follow it.

First check it under Track a migration. If it still shows Waiting for release after you expected it, contact support with your transaction hash.

MetaMask only lists tokens you have added. Use Add TRAT to MetaMask in the wallet box, or Show TRAT in MetaMask after a migration, and make sure MetaMask is on the right network.

MetaMask is the supported wallet. Make sure it is installed and configured for both Ethereum and BSC before starting.
